DD Gourmet maintains the following return policy for all of the consumables on this website. Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

• Your package has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered
• Your package arrived after our 90-day shelf life standard.
• Your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable
• Your product package is damaged

(Because of the delicate nature of cheese straw there may be some breakage during normal handling.  Our packaging is designed to keep breakage at a minimum. Broken cheese straws are not cause for return.)
